After a 12-year career recruiting Health and Safety (H&S) professionals across the globe, Anna became concerned that the skill set presented by candidates in the market was not conducive to creating a safe and healthy work environment. For years, the H&S profession and other purpose-driven professions (Environment, CR, Sustainability, Energy & Wellbeing) have focused on changing the behaviours of others. We challenge and support these individuals to start with looking at the impact of their own behaviours.
In 2015, Anna joined forces with Acre to launch Acre Frameworks, a unique learning and development solution focused on improving critical non-technical competencies of purpose-driven professionals.
At the core of our service is a Competency Framework, created in partnership with the Acre Frameworks Advisory Panel, a community of over 100 progressive industry leaders.
This Framework underpins a psychometric discovery tool that not only makes Acre’s recruitment offering the most robust in the market but, more importantly, allows individuals to understand the impact of their behaviours against this Competency Framework. Development needs identified in the process are then supported through structured coaching and training with the aim of developing self-awareness and enabling self-leadership and skill acquisition. It’s through these interactions that the Acre Frameworks team supports professionals to become more curious, more creative and more courageous.
Acre Frameworks now supports the continuous recruitment and development of purpose-driven professionals in over 20 countries and in over 30 organisations including Amazon, Vodafone and Pepsi Co.
In addition to growing Acre Frameworks, Anna is now responsible for taking the best of what we have learnt externally and utilising it to challenge the way recruitment consultants are traditionally developed. As Acre's Performance Director, Anna is responsible for enabling our team to thrive individually and as a group.
Alongside her work at Acre, Anna is an active ambassador for promoting diversity in the profession and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
