Dorothy is an experienced and enthusiastic change agent currently directing Acre’s data, technology, and digital transformations.
As the Data & Technology Director, Dorothy oversees the creation and implementation of data-driven strategies that enable Acre to utilise technology effectively. The ultimate goal is to ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date data to make informed decisions. Dorothy collaborates with various teams to develop comprehensive solutions that meet Acre’s needs. In addition, Dorothy finds it paramount to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that Acre’s solutions remain competitive in a constantly changing environment.
Dorothy is a delivery-focused and people-oriented leader who has assembled and led data / technical teams and has a history of managing data and technology transformations across businesses to support effective system implementation, delivery, compliance, customer engagement & experience, and the creation of lean, ethical, and complaint process efficiencies to drive business success.
Dorothy is also involved in social justice and philanthropy through her Cameroon-based charity, TeachMeToFish (TMTF), which fuels her passion for equity, diversity, and fair treatment of people regardless of their background. She is researching how diversity and equity can support businesses’ sustainability goals and ambitions.
