We are seeking a Consultant who can contribute to Impactt's vision: To improve workers' livelihoods in a way that benefits both businesses and workers. This individual will proactively lead, manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium accounts and support the growth of larger accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential support to projects, working closely with the senior members of the team to develop solutions that meet workers' and businesses needs

  • Conducting and supporting on the delivery of fieldwork in the UK and internationally

  • Building trusting, commercially valuable partnerships through high quality, insightful reporting and communications

  • Writing proposals for projects and collaborating with the senior team to produce compelling proposals for large-scale work with global business

You Will Have:

  • Professional working experience in ethical trade or sustainability

  • Project management experience, including the planning and delivery of complex work, using initiative and judgement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to speak confidently in front of an audience

  • An understanding of relevant policy and legislation including labour law, ILO conventions, and international human rights legislation

  • Strong interest and passion in the type of work Impactt undertakes
