We are seeking a Consultant who can contribute to Impactt's vision: To improve workers' livelihoods in a way that benefits both businesses and workers. This individual will proactively lead, manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium accounts and support the growth of larger accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Providing essential support to projects, working closely with the senior members of the team to develop solutions that meet workers' and businesses needs
Conducting and supporting on the delivery of fieldwork in the UK and internationally
Building trusting, commercially valuable partnerships through high quality, insightful reporting and communications
Writing proposals for projects and collaborating with the senior team to produce compelling proposals for large-scale work with global business

You Will Have:
Professional working experience in ethical trade or sustainability
Project management experience, including the planning and delivery of complex work, using initiative and judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as an ability to speak confidently in front of an audience
An understanding of relevant policy and legislation including labour law, ILO conventions, and international human rights legislation
Strong interest and passion in the type of work Impactt undertakes
