Our New York Office is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant or consultative salesperson with a successful track record in building out a "desk" with consistent revenue generation and looking to work in a competitive yet collaborative environment. You'll be leveraging your sales talent to drive business development in your respective market and help create positive social and environmental change.

You'll be joining an experienced team with a dynamic and vibrant culture in our NYC Office, with flexibility offered around working hours or working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business develop in one of Acre's core market segments to achieve a consistent recruitment revenue stream

  • Craft proposals, lead pitches and client meetings around Acre's services and value proposition as well as negotiate commercial engagements with customers at all levels of the organization.

  • Develop an understanding of our customer needs and source the candidate marketplace to identify individuals relevant to their requirements, depending on capacity work a "full-desk" or utilize our research team.

  • Collaborate with our Research team to execute retained mandates for mid to senior level roles.

  • Responsible for driving search strategy, candidate identification, market mapping, and candidate interviews.

Skills and Experience:

  • Agency experience is required due to the business development aspect of the role.

  • Ability to build successful relationships and engage / influence clients up to a senior executive level.

  • A consultative approach and commitment to working in a spirit of partnership.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written.

  • Desire to work in fast-paced environments, demonstrating drive, work ethic, and a constant desire to improve.

  • Good project management expertise

  • High quality and values driven approach to work, favoring collaborative and innovative methods
