We're hiring in our Acre Frameworks team!

Acre Frameworks is a learning and development service that sits within Acre's wider recruitment business. We envision a world of work where development planning is truly personal, enabling people to live fulfilling lives and reach their full potential. Grounded in our core values of curiosity, creativity, and courage, we are driving this change by supporting organisations to evolve the way they view and approach people development… From professional to holistic, technical heavy to well-rounded, reactive to strategic, and transactional to transformational.

With that, we develop and deliver impactful non-technical development programmes for companies of all shapes and sizes worldwide, adding value to the way our clients attract, develop, and retain talent with psychometric informed recruitment, data-driven behavioural competency insights, 1-1 and group coaching, as well as training on the human skills key to the success of purpose-driven professionals.

What does this role entail?

As an Acre Frameworks Development Coach, you'll report into our Senior of Product Manager who is based in our London office. Your role has an outward facing remit focused on delivering Acre Frameworks' non-technical development programmes globally for purpose-driven businesses (ie. professions such as Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Corporate Responsibility, and Sustainability). You'll also support Acre's business internally, partnering with our teams in the UK, the Netherlands, and the United States to address key non-technical development needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

External Consultancy

Project delivery and project management

Executing our programmes brilliantly involves high quality delivery of our suite of learning and development solutions, as well as skilled planning and organising and effective project management. Setting projects up for utmost success will require you to closely consult with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in order propose the most relevant solutions.

Ultimately, you'll deliver on all three elements of our development methodology:

  • Discover - behavioural competency feedback and team data analytics

  • Explore - 1-1 and group coaching

  • Experiment- non-technical training (virtual and face-to-face)

Client relationship management

Building close relationships with our clients is key – we are their trusted advisors and maintain ongoing relationships with them beyond formal development partnerships. You'll proactively network and participate in market-specific events.

Winning impactful work

Every member of our team contributes to generating work we are excited to deliver. Whilst this role does not involve generating new business development leads, there is an ask to identify opportunities where clients would benefit from investing in further development support.

Internal Support

Learning and development business partnering

In this role, you'll support Acre’s internal Performance Team, which has strategic and operational responsibility for developing people, culture, and engagement to align with organisational goals. Building non-technical capability in the Acre team at large ultimately enables the business to deliver on its values, vision, mission, and strategy so this role is truly key to Acre’s success. Supporting the business in this capacity means a tailored approach to meeting development needs at an individual, team, and organisational level, where the same L&D solutions that offer a return on investment to our external clients are delivered.

We believe personal growth can be a huge source of fulfilment – so much so that personal learning and development is one of Acre’s wellbeing pillars. Accordingly, we see the impact the role delivers in the form of this internal support going above and beyond producing highly effective professionals to developing fulfilled people who are energised by learning new things and stretching out of their comfort zone to perform at their best.

Role Requirements

We are looking for someone who…

  • has personal values aligned with ours (and walks the talk with values-led action).

  • is passionate about holistic people development.

  • exhibits self-leadership.

  • showcases a growth mindset in the face of challenges and setbacks.

  • practices radical candour and welcomes feedback.

  • exudes empathy in their approach.

  • builds trusting relationships based on transparency and openness.

  • is up for a fast-paced consultancy environment that suits resourceful self-starters.

  • is prepared to work outside of clear guidelines to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • confidently and credibly engages with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

  • is a collaborative partner who adapts to diverse stakeholders groups.

  • can flex to working at the individual, team, and organisational level.

  • maintains a high standard for their work and stretches peers to aspire to the same.

  • can balance strategic thinking with ‘doing the do’ effectively.

  • values and dedicates time to exploring innovative ways of thinking of working.

  • is a credible and experienced presenter, facilitator, and coach.

  • has the capacity to travel when required.

Knowledge/skills and experience that would be a plus are…

  • Experience delivering learning and development programmes across cultures.

  • Knowledge in diversity and inclusion.
