Acre has partnered with Lululemon to find them an Analyst, Responsible Supply Chain Operations. Lululemon is a yoga-inspired technical apparel company up to important things. They are an innovative, purpose-driven brand creating a future that we want to live in.

As an Analyst, Responsible Supply Chain Operations, you will support strategic decision making by managing responsible supply chain KPIs, delivering on actionable insights about Lululemon's existing vendor base. This role will also provide data and insights for internal and external stakeholders and know that meaningful and quality data drives change.

We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who understands the Vendor processes and will bring a strategic mindset to the role. Additionally, you will work closely and cross functionally with Lululemon's partners in Sustainability, Vendor Engagement, Sourcing, and Production Teams.

You will be developing key data-driven projects and develop processes to support Lululemon's responsible supply chain programs including their Vendor Code of Ethics (VCoE) tools and processes, Social Labor Convergence Project (SLCP), Vendor Scorecard, and the Sustainability and Quality Management System (SQMS).

Responsibilities:

  • Build reports and data visualizations that clearly and accurately show vendor performance over time and identify trends by country, product line, and parent vendor to ad in a targeted approach to remediation efforts.

  • Support in the development of KPI's for internal decision making and inform score carding efforts.

  • Design and update process maps for existing internal RSC operations and suggest improvements to ensure we operate efficiently while having a significant impact.

  • Manage data analysis efforts for external reporting and ensure external reporting is accurate.

  • Lead the design and implementation of a quality assurance and data integrity process for all assessments performed on our vendors, their facilities, and their subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about environmental and social impacts with strong interpersonal communication skills. This person would help implement further responsible business practices, be exceptional at building strong and trusted partnerships with internal business teams and with our vendors, and apply a pragmatic lens grounded in operations.

Qualifications:

  • Moderate experience in data analytics and reporting; including but not limited to performance improvement and strategy application

  • Experience in responsible supply chain and/or sustainability

  • Operational work experience within a brand supply chain or product organization.

  • Experience with Higg Index, Supply Chain Sustainability

  • Proven project management with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, time, and tasks for cross-functional groups, and to deliver outcomes.

  • Demonstrated creative problem solver, taking a methodological and solutions approach.

  • Exceptional communicator and builder of interpersonal relationships.

This role will report into the Sustainable Business & Integration department. You will also work with cross-functional partners include Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Product Development, Operational Excellence, Finance & Reporting, and other third parties.
