Associate Director - Energy Services

Acre is excited to be supporting one of the UK's leading sustainability services providers. The organisation has quickly risen to be one of the UK's leading boutique sustainability firms, resulting in the immediate requirement for a brand-new Associate Director to join their Energy Services team.

The key purpose of this role is to lead on Energy Services programmes and projects that drive energy and carbon savings in buildings through the creation of great client relationships and delivery of decarbonisation capital works and BMS optimisation projects.

Core Responsibilities:

• Managing ongoing energy Services programmes for portfolios of buildings

• Developing and maintain key client stakeholder relationships at multiple levels to drive programmes forward and develop further opportunities

• Coordinating and develop a team of junior engineers

• To identify opportunities for further energy savings within BMS systems HVAC and capital works programmes

• Working with junior engineers to identify Energy Services opportunities

Experience Required:

• Experience working within the building decarbonisation space

• Energy efficiency and renewable energy industry experience

• Strong team leadership

• Project and Programme management experience

• Line management experience
