Are you an ambitious and commercially minded sales professional looking to take the next step into a leading player in strategic climate consulting?

Schneider Electric is looking to strengthen its Sustainability Business (SB) team.

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional who will take on a senior position within the team and who will further expand Schneider's position in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work with the team to create new business with both large and multinational organizations headquartered in EMEA. You'll hold C-level engagements with your clients, focused on building solutions within the domains of sustainability, energy supply and energy demand.

Schneider Electric's SB team is at the forefront of the development and delivery of strategic solutions to address climate action, sustainability consulting, data and resource management, renewable energy procurement and supply chain decarbonization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and creating new opportunities within the Belgian and Dutch markets.

  • Recognizing and articulating appropriate approaches to address gaps, enhancing and communicating opportunities in a way that meets customer needs and differentiates Schneider from the competition.

  • Becoming a key contributor to assist in tailoring the global portfolio to address the needs of the Benelux region.

  • Being a dynamic leader to influence Schneider's customers and key internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with multiple sales teams in order to execute and orchestrate exceptional customer solutions.

Who you are:

  • You have a track record in generating new business and bringing new clients on board.

  • You are experienced in selling within the professional energy services industry (experience with energy management & Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and/or renewable energy is a plus).

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • You are self-driven, transparent, curious and highly motivated to reach your goals.

  • You'll be fluent in Dutch, French and English. Unfortunately, given the requirements of this role, we will not be able to consider candidates who are not fluent in all three languages.
