​Schneider's EMEA-based sales team is looking for a Cleantech Client Development Associate to find and attract new clients for their world-class technology and to support the business development team.

Your new responsibilities:

  • You identify prospects that match the profile of Schneider Electric's Renewable Energy and Cleantech targets

  • Are you a true hunter? With your proven ability to generate and follow up on leads by making contact with prospects and creating interest in Schneider's offerings, and attracting new clients

  • Together with internal Schneider stakeholders, you are going to uncover Cleantech opportunities within the existing client base

  • With your amazing ability to communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels, you identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities and stay engaged through the sales cycle

  • Therefore, you provide support in developing standardized and RFP responses and maintaining prospect (Salesforce CRM) database information

  • You act as the interface between CDMs and the Supply operations team as it relates to EACs

About You:

  • You have proven experience in selling advisory services offerings to industrial and/or commercial clients, preferably in renewables and clean tech, CSR, reporting, and communication

  • This includes a proven track record of being successful in all elements of a consultative sales

  • Do you always have the right answers to your client's questions? Your excellent verbal and written English communication skills will help you to succeed in your new role

  • Skills in Microsoft Office environment (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) and with CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) will help you to work efficiently

  • Do you love to travel? Some travel is required to support sales activity (approximately 10-40%).
