Corporate Finance Associate

Reporting into the CFO, the Corporate Finance Associate will support the organisation through its next phase of growth across four key areas:

1. Corporate finance/M&A

2. Investor relations and governance

3. Capital strategy and fundraising

4. Business planning/forecasting

To excel in the role, you will demonstrate:

• A track record of success and professional experience across a mix of corporate finance/M&A/investment/consulting with a strong anchor in finance/investment

• Financial modelling and pitch preparation skills

• Experience working for/with or investing in venture-backed companies

• Flexible approach to work and a high level of drive and ambition to help achieve the organisations goals

• A genuine passion for clean technology and the future of sustainable aviation

You'll be responsible for:

• Evaluate and execute M&A/JV opportunities

• Updating and maintaining the company's financial model and budget

• Evaluating strategic options and business model choices as the company refines its commercial model and go to market strategy

• Prepare company pitch materials for investors, partners, events and support Board meeting preparation, regularly investor updates and other IR/governance workstreams
