HomeSun has a long history in sustainable energy solutions and inventing new market segments. From a stronghold position in the market of households' solar panels, they are continuing their success story to include building a new solar photovoltaic (PV) business-to-business proposition focused on commercial properties, to make their roofs shine and produce renewable energy.

We are looking for an exceptional Energy Solution or Real Estate professional who will further expand HomeSun's position in the German market. You will work with HomeSun's existing clients, develop new business opportunities, engage local stakeholders, and take on additional team members as required.

How you will engage:

  • You will partner with HomeSun to transform global partners into business in Germany, accelerating sales and managing stakeholders' relations (owners, tenants, installers)

  • Define and implement the marketing and sales strategy across Germany, being accountable for local strategic insights (e.g. regulation change)

  • Be the main contact person in Germany and build a new market segment for HomeSun

  • Collaborate with HQ and local suppliers (e.g. installers, technical advisors) as appointed by the central operations team

You will be the first point of contact for the German market, handling and managing all internal and external stakeholders. To be ready for this exciting opportunity you will provide some previous experience.

How you can shine:

  • You have several years of working experience in Business Development/Operations teams within a B2B environment. Ideally in energy solutions or property sectors

  • Being a self-motivated and high-performing professional, comfortable with working in small teams in scale up ventures

  • Providing demonstrable experience in establishing a business from the ground up

  • You have experience with solar PV and are also interested in EV charging and battery storage

  • With your proactive and determined approach, you get things done with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets and deadlines with efficiency

  • Fluency in both German and English
