As part of this mission, they are looking for a CSRD Reporting Specialist to understand how these climate issues impact their business and how their operations, in turn, affect people and the planet.

The role:

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up the global Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directives ("CSRD") reporting process. Working cross-functionally and on various levels, you will be focussing on the implementation and reporting of the CSRD environmental-related KPIs. You will work with various functions within Heineken (e.g. Corporate Affairs, Supply Chain, Procurement, P&CI, Management Reporting) to implement the environmental-related CSRD KPIs and the related reporting. You will form part of the CSRD team, an innovative, newly established unit situated within their Financial & ESG reporting team.

What you will be doing:

  • Designing and coordinating the implementation of the reporting for the environmental-related KPIs as defined in CSRD.

  • Business partnering with other functions on implementation and setting up reporting for environmental-related CSRD KPIs.

  • Providing CSRD training and instructions to OpCos.

  • Developing HEINEKEN CSRD reporting policies.

  • Monitoring compliance with the environmental requirements of CSRD.

  • Engaging with the external auditor on CSRD implementation for the environment section.

  • Form part of the CSRD team ensuring CSRD-compliant disclosures in the Annual Report once CSRD has become effective.

What you should bring:

For this role, Heineken is looking for someone who has good communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Additionally, you should have an affinity with non-financial reporting with a commitment to accuracy and detail. You would be a good fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of work experience in sustainability reporting or related fields.

  • Have a finalized Master's study in business economics/accounting or similar.

  • Are an experienced, independent, and challenging business partner, with a good understanding of business processes.

  • Can communicate and cooperate well at all levels in the organization.

  • Can adapt to changes in legislation and come up with pragmatic solutions.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English so you can understand and communicate Heineken's vision for a better world.
