ADEC Innovations' flagship business and product, CleanChain, is looking for a Services Success Manager to join their growing team to manage key customer relations. This position is based outside of London with flexible working available.


CleanChain is an environmental assurance platform, focusing on the textile and apparel sectors. CleanChain automates the complex tasks of tracking, managing and reporting compliance across the supply chain. Currently the platform has 13 international brands using the software across their supply chain to measure and assess things like water, waste, air and greenhouse gas pollution.

The Services Success Manager will be the key relationship manager across a European portfolio of five major customer brands. Key responsibilities include retention of accounts, organic growth, account management and educating customers on the CleanChain product.


CleanChain are looking for someone who has come from a similar software or technology background with strong experience in stakeholder engagement and project management. Experience working in sustainability, procurement of consumer goods, supply chain or ESG is required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and track project plans, including detailed and accurate estimates, scope documents (SOW), requirements, risk assessments, specifications, schedules, and budgets

  • Identify resource requirements/needs, resource assignments, coordination of resources and resource dependencies and constraints

  • Draft/approve invoices, manage project budgets and forecasts ensuring on time, on schedule and on scope delivery

  • Document and manage schedule and budget implications for requested project changes (change control and scope creep)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage their expectations regarding functionality and deliverables

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable years of experience as a proven Project or Account Manager for software-as-a service products

  • Experience in textiles, apparel, supply chain and/or sustainability

  • Experience working with software products with flexible and dynamic product roadmaps

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication, and time management

  • skills

  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills - Ability to identify, resolve and follow-up on issues

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Smartsheet; the ability to analyse information in Excel/Smartsheet is imperative as is the ability to produce presentations, reports and package information up for management.
