The purpose of this role is to build a world class Climate Resilience and ESG Risk consultancy proposition for a global and specialist risk consultancy at an ambitious and crucial time of growth.

The role will offer a varied workload of activity across strategy. Service design, business development, delivery and talent management. Working across disciplines, technologies and geographies, everything our client do is with the belief that taking risks is essential to delivering success.

We're seeking a candidate who can combine a strong technical expertise in Climate Resilience and ESG Risk, but also demonstrate strong commercial acumen, as our client seek to develop this offering and become market leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an evidence-based view of the current and future needs of the market

  • Incorporate Climate Resilience and ESG Risk into existing service lines whilst building out a new proposition

  • Deliver consulting projects and work with regional teams to develop and implement capabilities

  • Drive revenue growth for Climate Resilience & ESG Risk across EMEA

  • Support, develop and grow a high performing team that reflects our clients' values

This is a leadership position that will provide a clear development plan within a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be given direct responsibility to work collaboratively on fascinating projects in a rewarding and inclusive global environment.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of companies' requirements in CESG consulting focused on environmental and resilience, including client landscape and sales cycle, and demonstrated experience delivering complex advisory projects

  • Strong understanding of CESG disclosure and reporting frameworks and a keen interesting in companies' evolving needs in this area

  • Proven track record of business development and client networking

  • Excellent communication skills to both senior and junior levels, and strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in methodology development and capacity building
