Director of Responsible Business - 12-Month Contract

Working with one of the world's largest international law firms, Acre is supporting in hiring a Director of Responsible Business for a 12-month contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sustainability leader ideally in the professional services space to lead and work on the firm's responsible business programme which is highly regarded globally and award-winning.

​

In this role, you will be:

• Leading on the responsible business strategy

• Building and developing strong relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

• Maintaining all appropriate internal stakeholder communications on the firm's responsible business work, including reports, communications and training materials

• Ensuring all the voluntary and legal compliance including SEFCR, TCFD, Modern slavery act and UN global impact

You will be:

• An exceptional leader with strong commercial skills

• Demonstrable experience of advising responsible business issues, whilst communicating responsible business strategies and programmes

• Experience in a Professional Services environment

• Strong leader of teams, organisations and businesses

• Experience leading change in a multi-national organisation

• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence change at a senior level

• Ability to influence, manage and engage with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
