  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising with the communications team to respond to queries on RI activities

  • Reporting to trustees and others, including the creation of Board materials and assisting with stewardship reporting obligations

  • Ensure implementation of and adherence to the Church Commissioners' Responsible Investment policies across the portfolio

  • Input into consultations and investor whitepapers as well as representing the Commissioners at public events and panels

  • Assisting with training and oversight of junior colleagues

  • Minimum of 6 years' track record in ESG issues, with a dedicated focus on Environmental issues gained within a commercial setting (investor or plc)

  • A degree in business, economics, environmental sciences or similar, or equivalent experience

  • Solid understanding of ESG issues in the investor landscape

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on strategic objectives with tangible outcomes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills together with the ability to gather information and use it to draw sound conclusions
