Director/Executive Director of Philanthropy & CSR

Acre has partnered with a leading global bank to hire an Executive Director/Director of Philanthropy and CSR.

Supporting partnerships in the non-profit world and community engagement, you will provide awareness of the foundation's social contributions externally and internally.

You will develop and drive strategy for their philanthropic foundation.

You will accessibility to key stakeholders to mature the Foundation strategy and increase profile though community engagement and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic future, objectives and goals of the organization

• Develop procedures and policies to maximize effectiveness of charitable giving, supporting local communities

• Increasing employee volunteering, disaster response programs, and community engagement

• Oversee every aspect of grantmaking (policy, procedures, guidelines, reviews, compliance, performance, and comms)

• Provide advice and guidance to the Foundation's board on the use of funds

• Create and keep up strong partnerships with organizations and non-profits

• Using your leadership circle, you will represent CSR programs with stakeholders, develop key messaging, and increase visibility of the bank's activities

• Identify meaningful metrics across programs and social impact reporting

• Work directly with Communications and Corporate Marketing too raise visibility of the Foundation's work

Qualifications

• Experience at financial institution reviewing grants, reporting on social impact, and engaging with non-profits

• Financial management skills

• Understanding of grant writing

• Experience building and managing a team

• Accomplishment leading strategic development and translating vision into implementation

• Experience identifying and cultivating community and non-profit partnerships
