Energy & Carbon Data Consultant

A global real estate services consultancy is hiring for an Energy and Carbon Data Consultant to support a major financial services client of theirs to work on critical energy, carbon and water data projects using the sustainability data analytics software, Envizi, as well as engaging with relevant stakeholders internally and with the client to support with reaching their net zero carbon ambitions.

Using your expertise, you will be analysing the carbon, energy and water data for their client's properties spread across the globe.

​

This is an interim position for three months, paying between £450-£600 (outside IR35) depending on experience, and can be based remotely - ideally working in their London office once a week.

​

Key responsibilities include:

• Effectively advising and reporting carbon and energy trends using their data software.

• Working with the Envizi software and advising the Energy and Sustainability Director on ways to make the system more efficient for data collection

• Engaging stakeholders across multiple business units

• Monitoring data in offices and properties in relation to energy, carbon, and water

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in working with energy and carbon data is essential

• A strong analytical and rigorous approach to data

• Usage of system Evizi (or similar software) is desirable

• A sustainability or carbon background within a relevant industry, such as property/real estate, utilities, facilities management or similar
