Acre are currently working with a market-leading specialist in UK self-storage with a focus on occupancy, revenue, cash flow and driving sustainable long-term dividend growth.

As the Energy and Sustainability Analyst you will play a key role and support the implementation of the company's long term sustainability strategies and its renewable energy self-generation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead on assessing, analysing and collating environmental performance data and reporting information for both internal energy, waste and water management and external reporting purposes.

  • To ensure compliance with environmental legislation.

  • To devise the best tools and systems to monitor performance and to implement strategies for energy and carbon reduction.

  • To keep up to date with relevant changes in environmental legislation and initiatives (e.g ESOS, EPCs, SECR, TCFD).

  • To provide support in relation to the Company's decarbonisation strategy, identifying opportunities for on-site renewables and / or smart energy storage solutions and deliver pilot initiatives.

  • To contribute to relevant reports in relation external benchmarking activities e.g. Annual CSR Report, SBTi , CDP, GRESP, and select rating agencies
