Energy Bureau Analyst - 12-Months FTC

Acre is working with one of the UK's leading Real Estate companies to identify an analytical professional to join their team as an Energy Bureau Analyst. This is a 12-month contract, with the opportunity to gain some experience working for a well respected and established organisation.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will be working with a portfolio of around 10 assets, having sole accountability for the operational contract management of utility providers, whilst managing key stakeholder relationships.

​

What experience will you need?

A strong aspect of this role is the analysis of all created recharges, and ensuring the delivery of correct invoices. As such, it is essential that you have previous experience working with energy data, specifically recharge data analysis experience, and strong attention to detail.

​

What skills will you need?

You'll need to have proven experience delivering bureau services, including invoicing, consumption data validation, cost recovery and importantly, tenant recharging.

​

You will have stakeholder management and customer service skills as you'll be engaging with internal and external customers day in, day out.
