Engagement Impact Manager, Global Equity

Acre is supporting a Global Investment Management firm who are seeking an Engagement Impact Manager to join one of their most successful funds.

​

The Engagement Manager will lead the development and execution of engagement plans in efforts to create value across one of their global sustainable equity funds. You will identify and act on engagement opportunities through the research and analysis of SDG frameworks across the portfolio in order to deliver positive outcomes in line with engagement objectives.

​

A background in research, governance, shareholder engagement OR corporate sustainability is preferred.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Support the investment team to object orientate stock selection through the opportunity to create impact via engagement

• Undertake macroeconomic and company-based research to identify engagement opportunities

• Deliver on the execution of engagement plans

​

Key Experience:

​

• Strong communication skills, including influencing and negotiation

• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

• Experience leading engagement with corporates/ portfolio companies to drive change
