The Role

Mayfair Capital are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in the property investment process and ESG. Candidates should pride themselves on high standards and attention to detail. The role will provide support to six funds (UK and pan-European) consisting of predominantly industrial, office and retail property. Some aspects of the role include:

  • Support the ESG and Risk Functions with data collection and analysis

  • Support with ESG and risk reporting: including SFDR reporting, sustainability reports, investment risk reporting

  • Lead on the maintenance, co-ordination and processes that ensure effective implementation of the ESG data management platform

  • Support with due-diligence analysis

  • Co-ordinate initiatives and data gathering to support wider Swiss Life Asset Managers and Mayfair Capital projects

  • Contribute to strategic projects at Mayfair Capital and Swiss Life Asset Managers

Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Office Excel

  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Collaborative team member

  • Knowledge of ESG or real estate beneficial (but not a must)
