Acre is pleased to support a global law firm in their search for an ESG Analyst, a newly created role to join their growing and ambitious global team. This individual will support the ESG and Responsible Business Manager to establish best practice, sharing the firm's ambition to establish themselves as global thought leaders in sustainability, fostering their innovative and inclusive culture.

The Role

In this newly created opportunity you will:

  • Liaise with and maintain relationships with ESG data owners in other parts of the business (Procurement, Human Resources, Property & Workplace, etc) and in other international offices

  • Collecting, maintaining, and analysing quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external sustainability and ESG reporting and communications

  • Supporting effective data management and strategic decision-making by building and maintaining databases, developing data management protocols, creating dashboards, and staying abreast of new tools and innovations

Your Experience

You will share the organisation's ambition to establish a best in class responsible business and ESG strategy and be able to underpin your passion with a demonstrable track record in sustainability. You will have:

  • The ability to adapt and work agilely within a client-focused global professional services firm

  • Strong interest in environmental and social issues, with a passion for driving sustainable change in the business world

  • Familiarity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, United Nations Global Compact, and other relevant business sustainability and corporate responsibility standards

  • Relevant technical and educational qualifications, including a degree or advanced degree in, for example: sustainability, corporate responsibility, environmental management etc

The role could be based in both London or Leeds.
