  • Providing technical ESG expertise to operational real estate teams and working with property service providers to enhance sustainability performance

  • Develop strategies that link ESG related KPI optimisation to business opportunities/return

  • Together with the marketing and sales colleagues, enhance and produce yearly reporting on sustainable development and social impact performance for clients and to meet regulatory requirements such as the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)

  • Opportunity to contribute to investor meetings as the ESG specialist

  • Keep abreast of local regulations and public developments in ESG and sustainable finance policy

  • Represent the firm when participating in events and conferences related to ESG and sustainable investment.

The successful candidate will have a commercial approach to ESG and have the desire to contribute to an entrepreneurial and meritocratic company culture with ambitious growth plans.

Experience and competencies sought:

  • Relevant work experience in the field of sustainability in a real estate company, a real estate asset manager or in the operations and maintenance of properties

  • Proficiency with statistical tools and database management
