  • Secure multi-year grants and funding commitments from diverse sources, ranging from trusts and foundations to corporates, high-net-worth individuals, or community supporters and events

  • Bring strong awareness of external fundraising strategies and trends and offer new fundraising ideas to the team

  • Work collaboratively with PO's marketing and partnerships teams to build new, long-lasting and strategic relationships with key funding stakeholders

You will have:

  • Excellent communication, networking, pitching and relationship building skills

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective funding opportunities with a wide range of donors, supporters, and other relevant funding streams, understanding donor motivation, and developing and sustaining donor commitment

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team demonstrating strong work ethic and integrity, paired with a good understanding of ethical principles and due diligence of funding sources
