  • Educate and engage colleagues across pladis on the strategic importance of sustainability, e.g. on innovation and manufacturing measures (greenhouse gases, effluent, water usage etc.)

  • Effectively identify and engage with selected global stakeholders to increase the visibility of pladis' sustainability performance

  • Work with pladis' key external stakeholders (membership bodies, NGOs etc.) to drive enhanced sustainability performance, increase the visibility of the company's achievements and build pre-competitive collaboration opportunities

  • Share pladis' sustainability approach with Yildiz Holding and eventually sister companies (e.g. GODIVA) to ensure consistent approaches

Your Background:

  • A passion for sustainability / ESG combined with leadership and the ability to drive change within an organisation

  • Background in food and drink preferred, in functions which are key to delivering a sustainability agenda (e.g. procurement, supply chain, R&D, marketing)

  • An international mindset with experience in interacting with people of different backgrounds and cultures

  • Ability to quickly understand technical issues and to translate them into concepts easily understandable for a broad audience of non-expert people
