The role itself will allow the candidate to have complete autonomy of the net-zero carbon pathway for the business.

​

Example of duties:

  • Engage with occupiers to support them in reducing their own energy consumption, energy spend and carbon emissions

  • Develop excellent relationships and undertake regular dialogue with all stakeholders

  • Monitor for any occupier matters that may influence valuation/investment considerations including assistance in monitoring occupiers' compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience within the Real estate sector and be a carbon specialist. The candidate should have a background in either: real estate investments (Inhouse or consultancy) or from the real estate and property development industry.
