Acre is partnered with a global leader in solar energy solutions in order to identify a Head of Marketing to plan, develop, implement, and monitor the firm's overall business marketing strategy in support of the firm's short-term objectives and long-term strategic plan.

The Head of Marketing will have an entrepreneurial mindset and will identify opportunities, direct growth efforts, and demonstrate ROI of marketing initiatives. In addition, the Head will empower and mentor the marketing staff to deliver on goals, objectives, and duties listed below. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a robust client relationship management strategy to measure and improve client satisfaction through Operations enhancements.

  • Work with the Operations and sales team to measure and improve client satisfaction and retention. This may include satisfaction surveys, market research, traction reporting or other metrics.

  • Competitive Analysis - Full understanding of competitive product offerings, features, value, selling techniques, relationships, differentiation.

  • Full understanding of pricing and competitive pricing regionally in international markets.

  • Value Equation - complete regional understanding of how the firm's and competitor's product(s) fit withing the power plant value chain.

  • Value selling - ensure that sales is trained and well versed in selling the value equation above AND that the product/value we are selling truly exists in our offers.

  • Has a complete understanding of solar market trends and needs.

  • Defines the ideal customer(s), buying personas, and product to satisfy the customer.

  • Works with the Product Management Office and Applications engineering to design the optimal technical reference solution for each region / customer.

Key Experience:

  • BS Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic B2B Marketing

  • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis

  • Regularly produce and present reports

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills including leading and mentoring other marketing professionals

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Additional marketing certifications are a plus

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

  • In depth knowledge of market research

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform broad range of duties
