Are you an experienced Quality professional who is looking for a key leadership role? Are you interested in joining a telecoms infrastructure business whose mission is to provide best-in-class mobile infrastructure services?
As the Head of Quality, Assurance and Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring quality policy and strategy is applied across the business and within the wider supply chain to ensure governance processes create a high level of quality culture.
You will also be responsible for:
Defining what quality means within the organisation and own the quality policy and strategy.
Leading the implementation of an integrated management system.
Working with the supply chain to address quality issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Supporting the HSQ&E Director in translating business initiatives into a vision for the team and identifying, developing, and delivering the roadmap for the Directorate to deliver short term and long-term needs.
As the Head of Quality, Assurance and Operational Excellence, you'll be required to use your extensive quality experience and excellent understanding of policies and business processes.
You will also have:
Experience in developing and managing relationships with internal business customers and large external suppliers, to ensure mutual business needs are met.
A proven track record of bringing the outside into your organisation and using this to drive improvements.
Leadership experience in a highly-regulated sector, including construction, civil engineering, utilities, extractives or heavy manufacturing
Experience of senior level communication and managing the expectations of internal customers.
