Your Opportunity

  • Leading the social impact programme for Sedex, that improves business performance in responsible sourcing, human rights, and decent working conditions.

  • Developing Sedex's remediation policies and guidelines to foster an environment where tools and services can make improvements for workers and measure impact.

  • Working closely with the Head of Responsible Sourcing to ensure that assessment tool metrics capture impact on workers and drive positive social impact.

  • Engaging with key external stakeholders including government, driving policy that align with UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights to implement due diligence processes.

You will have:

  • Strong decision making and leadership skills, with experience in working collaboratively with your team and wider business.

  • Expertise in remediation and helping companies improve their responsible and sustainable business practices on a global scale.

  • Extensive knowledge of compliance tools and methodology, with a strong human rights due diligence approach.

  • The aptitude to strengthen Sedex's responsible sourcing expertise and insight, leading and developing a team of driven and passionate sustainability professionals.
