Acre is partnered with an internationally acclaimed consumer goods organization, operating in hundreds of countries and serving millions of consumers every day. To support a purpose-led business sustainability agenda and clear commitments, the sustainability team is looking to expand its high-performing team by adding one more member on an initial 12-month contract.

As the Interim ESG Senior Reporting & Insights Manager, you will be influential in supporting the delivery of ESG and sustainability rankings & ratings while spearheading the coordination and gathering of crucial data and key information for year-end reporting.

You will also:

  • Project lead response to priority ESG rankings and ratings - includes working with subject matter experts and coordinating consultants to achieve optimal outcomes for the business

  • Review and provide input to lower priority rankings as required (Tortoise & Global 100)

  • Conduct reviews of disclosure and performance gaps in priority ESG rankings and ratings. Use these insights to address disclosure gaps

  • Coordinate compass and sustainability data gathering for year-end reporting

  • Assurance lead for reporting & insights team, working closely with finance to set the assurance agenda and ensure the smooth running of the assurance process (including the creation of the basis of preparation for assured metrics PDF document)

  • Lead on UK companies act reporting requirements in the ARA (Diversity reporting, SECR)

  • Lead on gathering and reporting voluntary disclosure requirements which appear in the ARA

  • Responsible for updating pages in the sustainability reporting centre, including sustainability performance data, independent assurance, scope & boundaries, ratings and rankings, reporting standards

  • Monitoring the ESG agenda for key insights and sharing with relevant stakeholders

  • Monitoring key regulatory disclosure changes and sharing with relevant stakeholders
