Leading the growth of these services is a specialist, international sales team, promoting a market-leading suite of strategy and technology-based services.


  • Own, manage and develop the acquisition pipeline to drive customer growth and revenue in line with ambitious business plans

  • Approach clients with a consultative sales strategy, identifying the sustainability challenges of their business and networking internally to coordinate resources which deliver effective solutions

  • Champion the prospective customer through the customer journey, effectively managing needs and expectations, both present and future

  • Provide KPI reports and sales forecasts to the International Solutions Director; managing a consistent pipeline of opportunities, tracking them from leads to contracts won

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the evolving energy, clean tech, and sustainability market

Our client is looking for a tenacious Business Development professional an exceptional track record of success and specialist knowledge of sustainability initiatives within a corporate context.

In addition, you will posess:

  • A history of solutions sales, consistently achieving or over-achieving on targets in a competitive environment

  • Experience selling corporate sustainability or energy strategy services to a blue chip client base, with a strong knowledge of relevant industry drivers

  • Prior engagement with c-suite individuals to build lasting, profitable relationships, and an understanding of wider corporate business concerns

  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and convey technical solutions to a non-technical audience

  • Additional languages are beneficial
