As Marketing & Communications Manager you will play a huge role in the organisation's growth at such a crucial time in its development. You will join the Head of Marketing & Communications to help develop the strategy and set the foundations for years to come.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping develop the internal and external communications and be responsible for ensuring the marketing and communications strategy is monitored, guaranteeing that the organisation's objectives are achieved

  • Developing and executing the PR, marketing and communications campaigns as well as owning the events and awards schedule

  • Being the point of contact for agency partners to ensure projects are delivered at a high standard and on time

  • Developing the organisation's outreach by working on their social media channels but also keeping their website up to date

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be a key pillar in growing the organisation's marketing and communications offering. You will help drive engagement internally and externally and become an influential member of the organisation.

You will also have:

  • Proven knowledge of digital and social media communications strategies

  • Experience in the development and production of marketing and communications campaigns

  • Ability to develop highly profitable relationships and partnerships

  • Good written communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
