Acre is delighted to support IMCA in the hire of a Membership Services Manager. This is a crucial role interfacing with the members, managing a small team and overseeing the office operations.

In this role you will be:

  • Coordinating and managing a first-class service to IMCA members

  • Leading, motivating, coaching and developing a small team

  • Providing administrative support for the technical work programme

  • Assisting in the management of the budgeting and record keeping

  • Working closely with all teams, external partners and members to ensure that suggestions, issues and processes are as efficient as possible to benefit members

You'll bring

  • Experience delivering high quality communications within a member-focused management role

  • Outcome driven approach, through effective line management and by setting clear targets

  • Experience using CRM systems and Office packages

  • A robust time management approach and the ability to prioritise work for self and others

This role, based in Central London, plays a vital role in championing better regulation and the delivery of authoritative technical practices in the marine environment.

IMCA's work, to which Members contribute significantly, is well respected and sets high standards in the marine contracting industry and is a forum for best practice around environmental sustainability.
