Acre is working with a renowned property developer and owner who is looking for a Net Zero and reporting specialist to support its sustainability and reporting team. You will assist in the understanding of the emissions and climate risk exposure across the different business units. This will include GHG reporting and baselining, modelling of targets and SBTi requirements and developing onsetting and offsetting policies.

This position is a two-year fixed-term contract, with a flexible working pattern based in London.

Details:

  • Raising relevant sustainability matters, e.g. gathering insights and updating stakeholders

  • Managing the status of delivery of net zero targets and strategy and reporting appropriately

  • Developing business trajectory and modelling aligned to SBTi commitments and standards

  • Carrying our GHG inventory baselines and developing a business position on scope 3 emissions

  • Reviewing TCFD reporting requirements and establishing the appropriate methodology for reporting

Personal Requirements:

  • Detailed experience working in environmental sustainability reporting, particularly with GRESB, TCFD and GHG reporting

  • Awareness of SBTi commitment and Race to Zero pathways

  • High-level experience in stakeholder management and preparation for visual presentations

  • Understanding of real estate is desirable
