Are you an early career sustainability professional who's passionate about sustainable business transformation in the fashion and textile industry?


The Fashion Pact is a global coalition of 80+ companies in the fashion and textile sector who have committed to utilising the power of the collective to accelerate change in three environmental areas; climate, biodiversity and, oceans. Uniquely, The Fashion Pact is a CEO-led, action-based non-profit organisation funded by its members, leveraging collective action to achieve and scale impact.

This unique and newly created opportunity will work with a third of the global fashion industry, supporting executives at these businesses to deliver on their commitments in close collaboration with key technical experts and NGO partners who work with The Fashion Pact.

Reporting to the Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support execution of multi-stakeholder projects across The Fashion Pact's three content pillars: Biodiversity, climate, and oceans

  • Liaise with the best sustainability experts in Fashion and sustainability and support coordinate their actions for our members.

  • Support members on the journey to translate sustainability know-how and innovation solutions into concrete steps for fashion brands using the power of the collective

  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, as well as organize and schedule meetings across different locations and time zones

To thrive and be successful in an impact-driven non-profit in the start-up phase, you'll have the following:

  • Prior experience in an agile, fast-paced environment, either in a consultancy or corporate setting

  • Excellent organisational skills and structured approach to project work with an eye for the detail

  • Ability to manage multiple trackers on different projects with the ability to feedback progress to internal team effectively

  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment with tight deadlines, a pro-active approach, and the ability to work independently and manage own time
