To help us deliver, we're looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant in our Sustainable Business Team. Someone who may not love business development, but who can source excellent candidates and deliver an exceptional recruitment process.​

We're a global recruitment business operating in the sustainability and climate change sectors. This explains a little about why we're so busy - everyone is looking to tackle these problems head-on right now, but also need a recruitment partner that's well versed in these markets. Fortunately, we've been doing this a long time - for almost twenty years - so we know what our clients are looking to achieve and the solutions that will get them there.​​​

What will your core responsibilities be in this role?​

  • Supporting the delivery requirements of key hires in your market: you'll capture an accurate understanding of client briefs and deliver them to best effect to win repeat and new business via referrals and feedback.

  • Engaging exceptional candidates: you'll keep your finger on the pulse in the candidate marketplace at all times, looking for creative and innovative ways to build your network, to identify individuals who are relevant to your client's search requirements and to engage candidates regularly so that they know to come to you for support in their current role or with finding their next.​

  • Successfully delivering recruitment processes in a way that'll make your clients want to tell their friends about: you'll project manage every aspect of the recruitment cycle from CV to completion, and everything in between. This includes qualifying candidates for a role, interview consultation, offer management and much more.

Our investments in marketing and brand building also take the pain out of business development, making sure our clients know who you are and how to find you when they need you.

  • We have a strong and ever-growing focus on technological and operational excellence and continually invest in solutions that will help alleviate administrative tasks from your to-do list so that you can give your clients and candidates your undivided attention.
