Due to organic growth across Acre, we are continually interested to speak to Research Consultants to join our Research Team. Headquartered in London, we are a collegiate team of experienced researchers spanning the entire sustainability value chain, from board room to field. Our Research Team is part of what makes us exceptional; all its members have progressed in their roles and responsibilities since joining the business.
Research Consultants will work with the Regional Head of Research and Research Director to support on search assignments and business intelligence projects. If experienced, they will also support in the continued development and management of the Research Team.
You will engage with clients about their recruitment needs, crafting proposals and pitching Acre's offering and value proposition
You will build relationships to become a trusted advisor, while identifying opportunities for the application of Acre's broader service offering
You will engage clients and lead on search strategy, candidate identification and acquisition for executive level positions, working closely with Acre's consultants and our clients
You will deliver and lead on a range of market research and business intelligence projects; sometimes on behalf of our clients and sometimes to support Acre's growth plans
Delivering competency assessment & development
Acre will train you to analyse and deliver competency-based feedback using our proprietary competency assessment platform; Acre Frameworks
As such you will deliver competency-based feedback to help clients deliver effective interviews and make informed hiring decisions
Taking a leading role in team management (dependant on experience)
You will help to recruit, train, and develop new members of the Research Team
You will work closely with the Regional Head of Research to manage the Research Team pipeline and workload
You will promote help champion the research team's capacity and achievements across Acre
You will encourage best practice in the use of Acre's CRM system, search technique and other technology platforms that we utilise
What skills will you need?
You will have proven experience in a research capacity within a recruitment / executive search consultancy. As such, you will be highly resourceful and adept with a range of research tools and techniques. In addition, you will have:
Exceptional project management expertise
A high quality and values driven approach to work, favouring collaborative and innovative methods
Exceptional communication skills, with an understanding of how to influence people and situations from both a written and verbal perspective
A passion for people; understanding their motivations and facilitating opportunities to bring to life a match between good people and good jobs
