A UK based investment management firm is seeking a Responsible Investment Analyst to join its growing team. You will sit within the central investment team and help deliver the firm's responsible investment framework, including analysing climate risk reports.
The firm invests across both public and private markets, directly and via specialist investment firms.
The role will require you to use quantitative and qualitative information to produce insightful ESG analysis, which can be used to inform investment decisions.
The role will require you to communicate effectively with both the internal investment team and with clients.
Key responsibilities:
You will gain exposure to all aspects of responsible investing, including company research, company engagement, investment management selection
Deliver TCFD and Climate-related reports and support on the implementation of the firm's Net Zero strategy
Support and provide internal investment management teams with analysis of ESG risks
Due diligence on new investment manager appointments across equities, fixed income and private markets
Monitor external managers on matters of RI integration and stewardship performance across equities, fixed income and private markets
Qualifications:
Undertaken a degree or internship within ESG or Sustainability related matters
Understanding of Climate-related risk
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Interest in Sustainable Finance or Responsible Investment
Analytical and research skills
Willing to study or have undertaken CFA ESG Certificate
