Fitwel is the world’s leading evidence-based certification system committed to building health for all®. To date, Fitwel’s global base of more than 5,400 users from 40+ countries has registered more than 2,100 projects representing approximately 675 million square feet and positively affecting the lives of 1.3 million people.

To help respond to growing demand and drive the implementation of Fitwel, CfAD recently announced the creation of a new business unit, Active Design Advisors, Inc., (Adai). Employees of Adai will be responsible for promoting and administering the Fitwel certification as it expands across key markets, as well as maintaining its best-in-class customer service.

Acre is proudly supporting Adai to build out its business development, sales and marketing team. With that, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Analyst that will evaluate and identify trends through analyzing industry data.

This role is responsible for overseeing data both within the company and externally. It involves collecting and examining data hen using the information gathered to create coherent content, intelligence reports, then presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

As the Sales Analyst, you will:

  • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends

  • Communicate with management team regularly

  • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources

  • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success

  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively

  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams, including Research, Product, Technology and Business Development.

  • Help keep us abreast of industry trends as well as the latest communication and outreach tools.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • Personal passion for helping to promote the healthy building movement

  • College degree in a related field preferred (finance, accounting, marketing BA, BS)

  • Minimum 2-7 years of work experience in a Sales or data-focused position

  • Relevant industry experience in proptech, urban planning, urban studies, public health, architecture, sustainability or a related field is a plus

  • Fast learner, curious mind, earnest collaborator

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Creative problem-solver, a self-starter with demonstrated good judgment, critical thinking, flexibility and resourcefulness
