Our client is a front-runner for manufacturing biogas plants, with a strong focus on long-term cooperation, independence and continuous training. They are looking for a talented individual to help strengthen their sales team and advance renewable energy biogas to protect the climate!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Acquire new customers based within industrial and agricultural companies.

  • Give insights into new market opportunities and create subsequent sales models based on the local market regulations.

  • Build strategic relationships with potential technology providers and other key stakeholders.

  • Create project concepts, proposals and lead the initial project coordination with the use of technical resources.

  • Provide technical advice to clients.

  • Assist management team with strategic planning and marketing budgets.

  • Lobbying with government agencies and industry associations.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Training in industrial engineering or a similar field.

  • 5 years' experience in the planning and implementation of customer-specific systems.

  • Track record in selling high-value projects.

  • Experience in wastewater treatment, renewable energy or agriculture would be an advantage.

  • Results-driven with strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Customer-oriented, a self-starter and independent.

  • Very good command of Polish and English / German would be an advantage.
