Are you an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant looking to join an innovative and rapidly growing real estate consultancy? The successful candidate will be able to display a broad experience of sustainability consulting, with an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across all parts of public and private sector clients.
Key Competencies:
Developing & delivering global energy and sustainability strategies for global clients
Aligning strategies with best practice frameworks, such as net zero strategies, science-based targets, circularity etc
Establishing energy and sustainability best practice, compliance, and consistent management principles
Developing benchmarking tools and standards to understand performance and improvement areas
Supporting the shaping and development of Incendium's propositions & new client engagements
Incendium pride themselves on their independence from transactions, capital projects and facilities management that allows them to work with both corporate occupiers and the real estate services supply chain.
About You:
Strong technical expertise in all areas of sustainability within corporate real estate & wider professional services organisations
Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience and communicate clearly with our clients at all levels
Masters degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent qualification by experience, eg. climate-related, real estate, engineering
Experience supporting businesses in developing & implementing net zero real estate strategies in operations and/or construction
