Are you motivated by the opportunity to join a world-class responsible business team? Are you an experienced Corporate Responsibility professional looking to take the next step into an organisation with respect for the environment and nature?

GSK is a global biopharma company with the purpose of uniting science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together at an organisation where people can thrive.

With an ambitious and rigorous sustainability reporting agenda well underway, GSK is now seeking a Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager to lead on reporting strategy and implementation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading GSK's ESG reporting strategy to externally demonstrate progress across six ESG focus areas.

  • Acting as the designated subject matter expert for reporting within the team. This means bringing in ideas based on market trends, emerging topics to watch, new KPIs to monitor, and horizon scanning.

  • Instilling and maintaining a culture of ownership, influencing and transparency across the organisation and recognising room for improvement to sustain GSK's market-leading reputation.

  • Driving submissions to key external ratings and third parties. These include S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, WDI, Sustainalytics, and MSCI. You will also lead partnerships with investor relations, creating investor materials.

Operating as a responsible business means being transparent with science and data, delivering a reliable supply of high-quality products and protecting a values-driven culture where issues are responded to swiftly and transparently. In this role, you will take ownership of this.

Who you are:

  • An experienced and ambitious senior Corporate Responsibility professional with expertise in sustainability reporting, communications, and leadership.

  • A natural communicator with the ability to convince, engage and lead from the front.

  • Skilled with both internal and external relationship management and seeking clarity in often complex structures or environments.

This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity. You will be based at the GSK headquarter 2-3 days per week, with flexible working arrangements.

Confident that you can add value but not 100% sure you tick every box? There is no such thing as the perfect candidate. GSK pride itself on developing its people. So however you identify, and whatever experience you have, please apply if you would thrive in this role. If you have any questions, please contact Ruth Smith at ruth.smith@acre.com.
