Are you interested in the delivery of a global GDPR and compliance programme?

Are you motivated by the idea of working in a global retail brand with strong values?

Acre is partnered with an organisation on their quest to improve their analysis, recording and reporting in function compliance, to match their wider improvements and goals.

In this unique new role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the governance, accountability, monitoring and compliance within the data protection policy and procedures. You will be supporting the ethical trade and environmental sustainability team, who sit at the core of the organisation's motivations and ambitious 2030 targets.

  • Using your expertise to identify gaps in the programme, assessing the training and awareness needs, and co-ordinating tailored requirements and solutions for different regions and internal teams.

  • Keeping the team up-to-speed with emerging trends and regulations, responsible for due diligence and implementation of policies and standards where needed.

  • Identifying, reporting, and escalating any issues with the full support of the team with the aim to improve the organisation's compliance.

Reporting directly to the Head of Central Support, you will be part of a dynamic team at the core of the organisation's structure and vision.

  • Self-motivation and a solution-oriented mindset.
