Are you a motivated professional with international exposure to trade, supply chain or programme development? Are you interested in creating a difference across a whole supply chain from farmer to retailer?

Acre is partnered with a leading multi-national fashion, home and cosmetics retailer who have its own robust cotton sustainability programme. This worldwide project is operational and focused on both environmental and social quality throughout the supply chain.

Now, it is time to upscale this, in line with their ambitious 2030 sustainability targets.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Looking for opportunities to improve the quality of the programme training material for staff and external partners. You will also support stakeholder engagement, by collaborating with implementation partners, local country teams, and third-party service providers such as academics and research institutes.

  • Support the integrity of the chain of custody process, driving continuous improvement of traceability. You will also manage the relationships with traceability and transparency partners and keep up to speed with all the latest changes to regulations or emerging trends.

This role is based in London, where you will be part of a wider sustainability and impact team.

  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to communicate effectively across hierarchies, teams, cultures and borders.

  • Passion and motivation to get involved in a challenging and developing sustainability programme.
