ADEC Innovations are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to develop the brand's purpose lead identity and execute the group's global marketing strategy.

The group has 18 global companies across 14 different countries and its HQ is based in the UK. Collectively the group has 30 years' experience consulting in data management and software solutions to help clients save time, reduce costs and optimize resources.

As Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall global marketing strategy for ADEC Innovations. Integral to the role is creating a unified identity, underpinned by sustainability, across all 18 businesses operating within the group.

Each company will have their own brand identity, so as Senior Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with each company's Marketing Team and other internal resources, to support the individual companies and the drive the group's global marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on marketing programmes across multiple brands, sitting within a larger group or in a similar consultancy setting. For this person to be successful, they will be an experienced manager, have strong internal and external stakeholder engagement experience and understand CSR or sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading ADEC Innovations marketing efforts through designing and executing the marketing project and engagement plan

  • Reporting to and working closely with the Chief Executive and Director, Europe of ADEC Innovations'

  • Responsible for creating a unified identity, brand and narrative for ADEC Innovations' and engaging senior leadership across the group

  • Partnering and utilising internal resources like Web Designers, Creative Designers, HR and Project Managers

  • Working cross regionally and functionally with each business in the ADEC Innovations group to ensure the successful implementation of the overarching global marketing strategy

  • Taking responsibility for ADEC Innovations' content strategy including internal and external communications, blogs and engaging social media posts

  • Developing ADEC Innovations' online presence from website to social media channels, ensuring they remain current and consistent with brand guidelines

  • Additional branding and communications support for ADEC Innovations' fast-growing SaaS technology business.

Core skills required for this role:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing a global brand marketing and communications strategy

  • Senior stakeholder engagement experience

  • Experienced project and people manager, having worked cross-functionally and regionally

  • Creative thinking and attention to detail

  • Digital and social media experience

  • Highly organised and self-disciplined approach to personal time management

  • Analytical approach to identifying trends and new marketing opportunities
