As part of our global growth strategy, Acre are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our newly established Amsterdam office. Based in the thriving Zuidas district, we are a tight-knit team with strong experience in recruitment and purpose-driven industries. Committed to our global growth plan, we are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to shape their own desk in one of our core markets of corporate responsibility and sustainability, responsible investment, energy and cleantech or environment health and safety. Working with some of the brightest minds, you will be confident in actively souring impactful accounts and proactive in responding to inbound opportunities.

You will be:

  • Motivated by the opportunity to gain insight into how the biggest and most innovative companies are delivering on our big challenges around social and environmental issues

  • Able to deliver quickly against multiple briefs; a confident project manager with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Open, friendly and be motivated by the opportunity to learn from and become a part of an intelligent team that are highly motivated by enabling responsible and sustainable business

  • Driven by working within a commercial, yet purpose-driven environment

You will have:

  • Previous professional experience gained from working within a consultative recruitment environment and will have comfortably delivered against targets and to deadlines

  • Proven commercial acumen; able to understand the commercial imperatives of corporate clients yet have a deep passion for sustainable and ethical business

  • An entrepreneurial mindset; able to thrive and chart your path in a rapidly-changing start-up environment

  • A passion for people; understanding their motivations and facilitating opportunities to bring to life a match between good people and good jobs

  • Excellent English communication skills, Dutch or German will also be highly regarded
