Senior Responsible Investment Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Responsible Investment Analyst to join the Responsible Investment team of a leading and fast-growing Asset Owner with an excellent reputation for progressive and impactful Responsible Investment work.

As a Senior Analyst on the team, you will be tasked with helping to deliver against the firm's Responsible Investment policies, as well as supporting the expansion of programmes on social and environmental issues, including human rights, Big Tech and AI, and biodiversity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of existing environmental programmes and maximise impact by close collaboration with peers

• Support engagement with companies on social and environmental issues, and engage with policymakers

• Support ESG integration into investment decision-making across asset classes, including engagement with external managers

• Manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders

• Provide input into consultations and investor whitepapers

Key experience:

• Extensive experience in ESG issues gained in a commercial setting (investor or plc)

• Demonstrate the ability to deliver on strategic objectives with tangible outcomes and the drive to take an innovative and bold approach to ESG issues

• Solid understanding of ESG issues in the investor landscape

• Excellent team player; Desire to upskill colleagues through mentoring

• Relevant degree
