Our client is a fast growing Fintech firm who develop data solutions to help financial institutions assess their environmental impact with a strong focus on Biodiversity, Climate, and Pollution prevention.

They are looking for a Head of UK & European Sales with a strong network in the investment industry, who can help them reach their ambitious growth plan.

Faced with growing demand from regulators and stakeholders and mounting environmental risks, Financial Institutions need reliable ESG Data Solutions. Our client help them (1) measure their environmental impact and (2) align it to their ESG goals.

Their client base are mostly asset managers and asset owners, who are wanting higher quality and more granular data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate Clients: within a portfolio of targets, contact UK & European prospects and pitch them their solutions,

  • Clients relationship: Ensure UK and European clients' satisfaction, delivery of contracted services and foster cross-selling,

  • Product Development: Identify and contribute to the development of new products to ensure the leadership of their Solutions,

  • Produce marketing materials to support their sales development in London

  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with UK clients and prospects

  • Oversee and support London-based junior Sales staff

  • Assist in Corporate and Business development in the London office.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as an experienced Sales/Business Development/Client Relationship professional who has a track record selling financial data solutions to financial institutions

  • German or French language skills would be beneficial, but not a necessity

  • Ideally experience building or managing a team

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously
