About the Role:


In light of achieving their goal in providing a better and more sustainable future, HAVI GmbH is looking for a professional with strong experience in supply chain while having an understanding and relevant exposure to the sustainability sector for the DACH region. You will be collaborating closely with customers, developing new sustainable services and ideas, as well as building on the roadmap for further development.


Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development of our sustainability strategy in the area of ​​supply chain sustainability for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

  • Development of a sustainability roadmap and initiation of projects

  • Creation of analysis and presentations for sustainable solutions in the area of ​​circular economy

  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for internal and external stakeholders on overarching sustainability issues

  • Establishment and maintenance of cooperation with external partners (network promotion) and close cooperation with our customers

  • Participation in the development of a new innovative concept for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and coordination of our company-wide think tank for innovation projects


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on sustainability / environment or an equivalent training

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability management

  • "Green Mindset" with an affinity for innovations, trends and sustainable solutions

  • Experience in the supply chain is an advantage

  • Experience in leading and initiating projects, ideally in the areas of sustainability and resource management

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills

  • Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Very good knowledge of German and English
